I finally broke down & ordered a new PC.

I see where I can deactivate a license, no issues.

However, I have multiple licenses and cannot find in the application where to determine what license is on my current machine. 

How do I determine which license I am deactivating?

If you have recorded the information you used when activating, then you would be able to know which product key you used and which to deactivate. Otherwise you will not be able to find out.

Where do you record the information?  Is there a document somewhere that tells me to do this in the install directions?

You would just make a document on your PC, Notepad.exe for a text file, recording which PC you were activating with what product key and email. That may be the easiest way.
