Just trying to help in case this is something unique. I don't need a ticket or whatever. I will just start a new game.

I tried to use the recommended support site but they would not let me sign in for some reason. Kept telling me my name or pw was wrong. I entered my email to reset and no email was forthcoming.

I figured I would drop the debug file off here and y'all can get it to the right people if you wish

You know, I had the same problem!  Crashes...I actually submitted a ticket, and then could not log back for the same reasons you give.

 

Something strange is afoot...

 

Hopefully we'll get an answer..I also asked them on their You Tube Galciv 3 stream...

 

Going to check that next.
