Any known issues with CTRL+P, CTRL+M debug commands lately?

Hi folks :)

I've been away for awhile, and am using my current vacation as a chance to make some real headway on my mod, when I've noticed those two commands almost never work.

I have the cheats argument turned on, and other commands like the reveal map, teleport, kill, auto-turn, etc all work.

Anyone else have this issue?

For me CTRL+M messes up my cities to the point that they keep leveling up, but don't get any upgrades, so I use it to summon heroes until 6400, then build my first city. CTRL+P no probs so far.
