Question: Galaxy Forge Strong Pirates

Hi all.

Short version: I am looking for the setting in galaxy forge that controls the pirates strength. I somehow set it high and made an otherwise good map much less interesting.

Long version: I recently decided to make a map to play with a bunch of my friends who play this game. While I was making it, I vaguely remember checking a box that said strong pirates, or something like it. I thought nothing of it and kept working on other aspects of the map. Later me and 5 other friends tested it out. Turns out strong pirates was no misnomer, and the pirate fleets scale at a far faster pace. Given the way I made the map, people were supposed to kill a few pirate bases to open up new avenues between players. We all agree that the map would be quite fun to play, if only the pirates were their normal strength. So I am on a quest to fix it
