[Suggestion] Linking games

So I was wondering the difficulty in adding an interesting feature.  When a player finishes a LH game, could we get a link to Sorcerer King that would allow the player to now challenge the civ that you won the game with in LH?

The Crusader Kings/Victoria/Hearts of Iron has this feature, however it can be bugged pretty badly on occasion.

Wondering what everyone's opinion on this would be?
