why windows shouldn't consolidate operating systems

First I would like to point out that the user interface for windows eight was made for cell phones beca7se the screen is to small. It works really well for small screens. Now on a lab top or computer where screens are from 14" to30" why do I want huge icons. That is part of it why would I not want a start menu where I have a list of runnable programs. Don't get me wrong I like my program folder where I can go into it and do other things. Thus is why the desktop is superior. User accounts is a poor substitute for the control panel and task manager. Why would I want Minny programs I mean apps when I have a terabyte hard drive. Did I mention that the computer has better hardware I would like to use.

Why is the tablet and smartphone is inferior to the desktop andlab top. First there is scrolling and selecting a lot of times when I'm trying to scroll or read I select something. On a desktop I use a wheel or hold the mouse button. There is no accidentally selecting. A lab top method is still better than the tablet. Mouse pad is not as good as a mouse but better than a tablet and you can plug a mouse into a lab top. The touch keyboard every time I want to type something it takes me to the top of forum page. I have to pray not to accidently select something before I make it to the bottom. My cursor jumps around as I type The llab top does this to. The browser tries to keep closing. Computer has better hardware the screens keep pausing on a tablet not on a computer. Tablet does not close programs when you leave them. the reason I mention this is because computer companies seem to be out of touch with computer users.

WhatI would like the task manager do again is keep applications and programs seperate. 

Please keep tablet andcomputer operating systems seperate and dump the user interface. Let's not try to run the desktop by user accounts.
