[Bug] SK doesn't appear to notice when you kill the devil lieutenant

After I killed the ice elemental lieutenant, the SK popped up and told me that he noticed what I did, and then the threat level went up.

When I killed the devil guy, I did not receive a message from the SK, and as far as I know, the threat level counter wasn't effected.
