Object Desktop Infinite

Hello

I'm wondering if I messed up purchasing Object Desktop Infinite. The link does not show up in my downloads section. Upon thinking further, I should probably just renew for 14.99 for the year (with the current special)

I was already charged 3.99 for the monthly. Anyway to fix this? I do have a ticket already.
