Art stolen again but this time......

Just email the site using the contact us link DC and explain everything. I am sure they will take care of it. Also, some of the links in your original post don't work correctly.

The WHOIS info would be irrelevant right now, you should deal with the indiangiftsportal.com site directly, if they don't help you then email [email protected] as they are the sites registrar and report the site.

While no artist wants their work to be ripped, it's predictable. DeviantArt is a cesspool. Did you expect them to deal with it? Apparently not, and then you came to  WinCustomze to ask for advice.   Good luck Dc.

 And you are going to need a LOT more than luck. The sad fact is, you'll spend far more money fighting this than the thief will ever make.

DeviantArt is NOT who Ripped my art off..  Why would DA Deal with a Site that is not theirs...  

 

People also Steal Art from HERE Wincustomize as Well...

I don't expect WC to deal with Google Plus (+) as for some Art thief Stole my art "The Dark Night" from here and has it uploaded on her G+  (I know she stole it here because when I put it on DA the Rar file is broken as there is not one it's just a Preview image of ALL 3 images) so does this make WC a "cesspool" as well??

HOW many times has my Art been stolen from WC??  at least once But Just like I don't blame DA I don't blame WC either... THEY (DA & WC) didn't steal it...

If you wish your artwork to NOT be stolen you will need to remove it from the Internet.

If you find it stolen you need to serve notice on the thief and/or hosting site, NOT [the site] from where it was stolen.

That is way I didn't sever wincustomize the DMCA NOR DeviantArt...

That would be like telling the Music, Movie, game, Computer Program, etc.. industries (people) NOT to make them if they don't want them stolen...

Doesn't sound as clever as you thought it was, now that I turned that no logical statement back on you who works for a Gamer and Computer program company, who's products get stolen...  a lot more than mine do... which are FREE no money lost on my side...

I told you.

And to add... there is only ONE person who has a reason to protect YOUR IP/copyright...and that person is YOU.

No-one else has the incentive to do so.

If you feel you are failing in protecting your own IP then the solution is to NOT expose it to potential abuse...ie. do NOT upload it to the Internet.
