Wait, how did I not notice this with the release or war of magic, The Empire of Magnar is ultimately a race of half men, half dragon creatures by design. While this might not be true lore wise, but after coming back from a break from this game, I just  can't unsee this. I think they just took Kingdom of Pariden, The undead empire's and Resolin's spot for my favorite nation in this game.

 

..Ok, I've been gone a while, I didn't even know that Stardock has moved onto the next installment of Elemental until this morning. So. I'm assuming LH has been put to rest?
