I'll let a developer or moderator answer this. If I recall correctly I think they did say Rebellion would get Tachyon but I may have heard wrong.

at the risk of starting something, WTF is Tachyon, other then a theoretical particle existing at FTL speeds.

hmm, sounds rather unnecessary, I'd rather them fund Sins 2 but whatever. as long as they continue their belief in no copy protection, activation and etc, I'll keep giving them my money.

Tachyon is a Stardock project. Sins II will probably be announced by Ironclad.

Tachyon is a Stardock project. Sins II will probably be announced by Ironclad.

 

I wish stardock would create a new impulse like system, i loved their downloader, would love to play the likes of Gal Civ 2 again.

Tachyon is moving backwards in time to reach us in the present even as we speak.

 

We will just have to play Rebellion backwards to use it.
