Unable to activate windowblinds 8 and fences

Just bought object desktop bundle and after install of fences and window blinds i get the pop up screen with 3 buttons: Enter Product Key, Purchase Product Key and Start 30 Day Trial.

None of these buttons do anything so i can not enter my product key.  How do we get around this.

I'm on win 7 x64
