This is the menu that pops up when you right click on a taskbar button, not left click!
This text is controlled with the places list color selection, if you made an Item Mouse over, it is controlled there.
I had stated in a different post that the start menu pop up menu controlled this, apologies to Lightstar and anyone else who read that!
