There was a movie in the 70's or 80's.... a boy who hacked into a computer ...and at one point in the movie, there was a wall map something like this.  Sorry I can't remember any more clearly about what movie it was.  In a way both links look like part of a *game*.  At this point, there really is no turning back the clock.

WG, that is just pretty darned fascinating.  Latvia was going nuts attacking when I pulled it up, hate to admit it but I had to look up where the heck Latvia is.

Watching it for awhile, things seem to come from everywhere and go everywhere.
