Do you mean for creating icons, or extracing icons, or for changing the icons on your system easily?
he** all of the above i guess.....just relly want to change desktop icons on xp...these are getting old.

People will probably say I am biased, but you really can't beat "Iconpackager" for ease of use. Also, there are some FANTASTIC icons available here to use with it.
