Help i need to reinstall Windows and my Start 8 and Modern Mix - Software registered to another account????

Cust Support... I purchased Start 8 and Modern Mix now it wont let me reinstall it?

What is wrong with this support of this software.... I have my orignal email with my serial number and order number... i created a new Stardock online profile and it will not let me install my 2 products on my laptop which i had to completely reinstall windows 8.... Tried everything please correct this ASAP and contact me cust support....

It appears that you've missed a letter when registering the software and it registered to another email address. I've now corrected it to be on your account and you should be able to activate it. Let me know if you have anymore trouble.
