Is the founders vault gone?

I could have had a glitch on my end because I don't see the link to the vault anymore on the homepage, is it gone?

www.galciv.com/founders is still there and works.  

 

Nothing new since 6/11/14, but it's all still there.

Actually, why can't Paul post something, he's the artist and lead designer. He can post stuff while he's making it and it would last the weeks till we play can play it.
