Repeating authorization requests for Start8

Start8 keeps asking for key

I've entered my key successfully, and have used Start8 for months.  Still, it keeps "timing out" and asking me for the key again every few weeks.  It still thinks I'm in a trial mode, apparently.

 

What can I do?  It's frustrating to have to go look up my key each time...

We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.

Just had the same for WinFX, Decor8, and DeskScapes8.

In the meantime, can you try this:

In the following locations:

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Registrations

Delete start8sig2267.bin (if it's there)

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start8

Delete the cache.dat and license.sig

After, try activating again and let us know if you are again prompted.
