How do I uninstall Elemental: Fallen Enchantress?

Elemental: FE does not appear in my Programs and Features list of installed programs.  Vista OS; Fallen Enchantress exe lists 1.3.2.0 in the properties, forgot to check when I fired it up.  I can't find an uninstall exe in the program files folder where it is installed.  There is no information in the manual, or that I could find online, about about uninstalling the game.

(I'm wary of just deleting the files I can find, or installing third party software.)

So how do I uninstall?

At least for me (using Win7, not Vista), Fallen Enchantress shows up in the Add and Remove Programs interface. Are you sure that you didn't just overlook it?

Other than that or the suggestion that you delete files manually, which you've already said you don't want to do, I cannot help you.

You could always try to install it first and let it overwrite the current install. That should likely give you back the "uninstall" via windows.

Yes E:FE is definitely missing from the add/remove programs list.  Maybe there is some trick I don't know about to get it to display?  FE:LH is in the list, but I've of a mind to keep that installed... for now.

Thanks Leo that's what I was thinking but was hoping to avoid the process of downloading the 3.6 Gb file.

So I tried just updating first, and it updated to 1.32 (which it probably already was) okay, writing various files, quick and simple but this did not suffice to get the game listed in the add/remove programs list.

Then I bit the bullet and downloaded the full game again and tried to install it.  Unfortunately some time later after the installer asked to uninstall the current version first and I agreed it gave these messages.

Not sure that I understand them fully but basically it sends me back to the original problem of missing the option to uninstall through the control panel.

Microsoft's advice is that when you are missing this option you should seek the uninstall.exe or read whatever information the company providing the program provides for the process of uninstalling.  As far as I can tell Stardock have not provided any information.

Suggestions?

Contact [email protected] and they should be able to help if the uninstall isn't working and isn't listed in control panel.
