Ankylon Titan Shield effect, has anyone modded this?

Is there a modded effect for this shield to make it less intrusive while its active around ships?  that large green ring just kills the view of what's going on in battles once its active.

 

I'm looking for a mod that someone may have made to fix this.  Anyone know?
