Ship design template bug

So i have a big problem

I created a ship desing as teamplate. But after quitting the game and restarting it, it do not  show up in the designer menu.

 

I looked into my save folder and it is still there. Saved, even with a small picture. But when i try to find it ingame as template design it is not availiable. 

In the Alpha version it was the same.

I have similar issues, but not for all ships.  The ships are in the save folder, but they do not show up in the designer.
