[Bug][Beta 1] Strange bonuses after colonising an Active Core planet

I was colonising a planet with the Active Core trait and got the Thunderstorms event. I chose the Malevolent option (+50% research, -20% Approval), and then took a look at the tooltips.

The Approval penalty is applied correctly.

The Research bonus, however, is a bit off. :S

Two entries for Thunderstorms (and only at +25%, instead of +50%), but no entry for the -25% Active Core research penalty? Well, if you add the bonus and the penalty together, you get +25%. So that would make sense.

And as for the Active Core manufacturing bonus...

...it's called Thunderstorms too.

Similar thing happened again with two more planets.

The first one was a Ghost World planet where the Animals To Tame event happened. I, again, chose the Malevolent option (+15% to Manufacturing).

That bonus works fine.

The Research bonus from the Ghost World, however, has the same problem as before.

The second planet was Tidally Locked and had the Collapsing Ice Bridge event happen. I, once more, chose the Malevolent option (+10% to Production (However, shouldn't that say "Manufacturing"? It only applies to Manufacturing, after all.).

And, again, the Manufacturing bonus from the planet trait doesn't use the right name.

And another one. This time a Low Gravity world with the Beautiful Sunset event. As the last times, I chose the Malevolent option (+40% Tourism, -10% Approval).

This time, however, the Approval penalty wasn't applied correctly.

It's a bonus instead.

The Manufacturing bonus from the planet trait is again using the name of the event.
