How do I Rotate in the Ship Designer?

Rotating the entire ship so I can view it from various angles has pretty much always been a part of the ship designer, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that in the new Ship Designer, and I can't find anywhere that tells me how to do this. So can someone please tell me how to do this? Also the Game Designers might wanna think of including something like a Manual or some easy to access function in game that tells us the key-bindings for the various screens in the game cause I've been trying to figure this out since the designer came out and have found it nowhere in the forums or the internet in general in all this time!
