Can't Register ObjectDock

I purchased ObjectDock yesterday and yet I wasn't able to register with the serial number I received.
I contacted the support and they told me to try these 2 methods (which it didnt work) and

he also told me to try the manual activation, which I got the 1169 file but I keep getting "InvalidRequest (8)" when trying to submit it -_-.

Im not sure what else to try.

Any other solutions??

i still get "invalid request" when trying to activate the manual/offline method...

I disabled all firewalls and antiviruses, still nothing
