The question I have is will anything in object destop allow you to set a web page as your desktop like Active Desktoip did in Windows XP,since it has been removed from Windows Vista And Windows 7?? Thanks in advance.

Sorry, there's nothing like that available. DeskScapes uses things like video for the desktop.
