Need a LiL help

I need a Little help with getting my mods to work. None of the mods that I want to use modify any files, they all claim that for them to work i just need to unzip them and add them to the mods folder. Then enable the use of mods in the ingame options menu. Which i have done after enabling mods in the options menu the game prompted me to restart. After restarting the game i found that their was no change to the game.

List of mods That I am attempting to use:

Several new random map settings

Black Market Bazaar - Version 1.3 compatible with LH 1.6

Professions Plus Mod 0.01i (Updated)

You have to start a new game every time you change any files.

Yes i have done that and none of the changes are present in the new games

Yes I have checked the map settings no new ones, also no new items in the Encyclopedia, finally when creating a new sovereign the professions are unchanged. To me my problem appears to be that the game does not register the "use mods" option as being enabled.

1.) Yes it had a yellow mark

 

2.) it was installed by steam so the directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FE Legendary Heroes\Mods

 

3.) No debug.err folder
