Ragnorav desperately needs a buff

This piece of crap can't even kill anything because of how slow it turns. Plus its like the easiest titan to snipe. No wonder nobody plays Tec Rebel these days.

But the railgun only fires forward as well. That doesn't do anything to reduce its weakness to being outflanked.

No, it definitely doesn't. TR are already powerful enough with their eco. Titan isn't bad, especially later game.
