How to remove of Start menu icon avatar

Who knows how to disable the window the user's avatar in some skins it is not and in some it is but I want that it was not who can help with advice thanks in advance.

Hmmm......I think the only way is to go into Skinstudio and disable it under Startmenue/Toppart/Extra settings
