I have always followed the instructions laid out by Red-Arrow when it comes to modifying candidates. I like the elections to be long and grueling, so I tend to create candidates that are super-powered. The Stamina, Money and Fundraising will all be sky high, while the other statistics like charisma, intelligence, etc. will also be modified according to the candidate [example, my JFK would have 10 charisma, 9 intelligence, 8 experience, 9 comeliness, 6 religious appeal, 6 minority appeal, and 10 media bias]. It has always worked until now. Recently, I decided to modify my existing FDR because I created new issue mods [example being Defending Europe from Russian Aggression] and create John McCain and Michelle Nunn as candidates. I end up wiping out all of the character statistics except for the top three. What is going wrong?

PS. I really like this game. Put primaries in 2016 and a more active vice president. Also would like a game on congressional elections.
