WindowBlinds that don't make browser (Chrome/Firefox) menu bars see through?

I've tried a few Windowblinds on my Windows 8.1 laptop and I've noticed they tend to make the menu area transparent around/above the address bar in Chrome and FireFox.  Perhaps in other applications as well. (see screen shot below)

Is there a way (typically) to prevent these areas from becoming transparent?  Seeing other windows behind the browser is distracting and drivng me nuts.  Okay, I was already nuts.

Thanks,

Todd

Odd, I am using Chrome and that does not happen on any skin.  o_O

Try applying the default Chrome theme, then reapply the WB.

Curious.  I shut down the laptop and went out to dinner.

I returned, started up the laptop and the transparency problem in Firefox is gone.  However, it still persists with Chrome.  I am using the default them in Chome, although I tried switching to another them and then back to see if it would improve.

Below is another screen shot where it is more evident that a portion of the Chrome menu bar is invisible.  If I click the right area it works as if it were there.  :-)

Thanks for any suggestions,

Todd
