Issue with Microsoft Office

I'm using a pre-made skin and it changes the automatic background and font colors in Microsoft Office. I've excluded the application in Window Blinds and yet the background color is still changed. Does anyone know which setting I need to change in SkinStudio in order to eliminate that color?

It will be the window system colour probably.

As those are global they are used regardless of exclusions.
