Maxing out Tech is bad :(

Not sure if it has been reported yet or if it is a known issue but here is what I found. Once you have wiped out the tech tree and try to run a turn nothing happens. You hear the sound like your ready for a new turn however nothing is built, produced, etc.

Hrmm I reported it on the previous build and was told it was a knowN issue and was expected to be fixed in the recent build 

there are 2 ways around this previously 

1 use the turnactions command in the ~ console 

be warned this disables all warnings including idle ship and idle colony

2 use the unlock ( I believe ) command this will complete the entire tech tree and give you all the ideaology perqs but should now recognize that you are really done the tech tree.

I have also seen this but since the tech tree and its support is so obviously incomplete as yet, assumed the support code for tech was mostly just a place holder for the real stuff when it becomes ready,

The tree in the alpha, only shows the techs for age of war, so it is only about a 3rd of the tree, and even that 3rd is being re worked substantially.

Same problem here. Finished all research and then crashes after pressing next.
