WindowBlinds Does not theme volume adjuster

Hey guys,

i found out that the windowblinds does not theme the adjust volume screen. saw it in windows 8.1.1 dont know about others.

It is not skinned on my win 8.1 machine either. I dont know if it ever was. I just opened it once in the last years, to check this. So it does not bother me at all. But maybe it is a bug and supposed to be skinned?
