Please help with a personal mod

Summoning stone

Hi everyone, 

I would like to make a personal mod that gives me a summoning stone, which I can use to summon a SPECIFIC champion.

I have some knowledge of HTML modding, but I don't know where to start.

Any ideas?

Thanks so much Primal :)

Can you also help me make it available to my custom sovereign at the beginning of the game? If I make it equippable it does not work as a usable item, and therefore does not execute the summon...

Any ideas?
