hey i like the colors and the whole setup but im not satisfied with the black outlined curves of the startmenu...they do fit but
(I dont know if its due to the margins but the bottum curves look pixelated)if its not due to margins try using smartobjects as outlines should minimize it a bit.





 

Checking out the preview they look nice and solid to me.

Tom, as a friend, I have to be honest, I'm not feeling the start menu. The four colors don't look good. If you had green on the bottom left and yellow on the bottom right, then the search and the log off buttons would match up and have a much cleaner look.

I do like the idea, it's just the execution that's off to me. The thick black borders, I'm on the fence on that one.

I hope the idea, for the previews, is to get feedback. If not, then I'll shut up.

Feedback is always appreciated Ross, but I kinda like the colors the way they are.

I'd love it if you used Piet Mondrian as an inspiration, Tom and put out a blind in that general style as well.
