Haven't played in a year, saw that there's new DLC, so just wondering what MP games use so I can check out the relevant content before I dive back into ICO.
Technically unless you are hosting a game the DLC does not matter. Everyone will use the DLC the host has purchased, regardless if they purchased the DLC themselves.
If you are interested in hosting games, I'm not really sure if there is a preferred configuration. My guess is it would be to not use the Stellar Phenomenon DLC but the Forbidden Worlds DLC might be preferred having.
Hosts usually have both DLCs, but random events are usually set to off...
No, random events are usually set to on because they add skill and strategy to the game.
