If it is all black then do not worry.

There is an update in the works that should solve it.

I am running Windows Vista. I did not notice the requirements called for at least Windows 7. I have a different computer that can run it. Thank you for you trouble.

Sent in my DxDiag to support. Running windows 8.1 64 bit. All drivers up to date. No crash file or debug file in directory (I checked the hidden file box as well). Anyone else have this issue?
