Game crash at 249th turn

My report from today

I rushed military technology (in a quick start game) to see what happened next, but after clicking on turn button at the 249th turn, my game crashed :/.

I am sure that the game crashed because it's alpha, so i report this problem to fix it :).

My Pc is totally ok, it was not the cause of this crash.

Yesterday i played too, but in normal game, and i got a crash after 140 turns .

If i could help programmers by reporting those problems, i will be happy :)

If my English is not enough good to understand all, excuse me, i am a French student , and i accept all advice to improve it :).

I am also having a crashing experience, only slightly later on in the game when there are only a handful of planets left to conquer. For me, It is immediately after any 'Confirm Battle?' screen (which incidentally does not give me an option to decline said battle). This is occurring whether I am attacking a planet or a fleet at this point.

I just thought that I should report this without necessarily creating a new thread.  :)

Some people have had their game crash at or near end of game and found it was because their GPU drivers were not up to date.

If you are experiencing crashes, please read this post for things to try and what information the developers would like you to gather:

My Graphic card is up to date, since the beginning.

I have got precious information about crash report :

2 exception codes, one per crash and the same for both:

0xC0000005

I have got information into the following directory:

../ProgramData/Stardock/Galactic CivilizationsIII

A program exception code "05" is an addressing exception (the program tried to access an address it did not have authorization to access). This needs to be evaluated by the Devs. You will find instructions in the support FAQ for what files to sent to the Devs and how to send them. The last paragraph lists how to submit the files to support.
