Don't have my key!

Hi Team,

I have just send and email to support as well.

I did not receive my key yet. It's not in my mailbox, spambox and not in my stardock account as well.

Please help!

It should be on the downloadpage of stardock. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

 

A bit hidden in the tekst under the game title:

 

Galactic Civilizations III: Founder's Elite Edition

Product key: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
 

Please use Steam to register your product key and download this software. Login to your existing Steam account (or create a new one), select the "Games" tab and "Activate a product on Steam..." menu item.
 
 

 

PS you do need to be an Elite founder

The Steam key for the GalCiv 3 Alpha is available when you sign into your account here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

If you do not see the key, but instead see this: http://screencast.com/t/bmnIFmEb5FxY , you would need to upgrade your Founders Edition to the Founders Elite Edition to have access to the Alpha. Otherwise you would get access to the beta at some point in the future. To upgrade, please click the website below and then choose Upgrade.
