Will we be getting Steam keys mailed to us? Or will there be a download link in the founder's vault? Or something else? Also, any word on the approximate time of day tomorrow?
We don't mean to pressure you, but as you can imagine, many of us are excited to get a 'first taste'.
According to everything they have said in the past they will email a steam key to the email you used to purchase the founders edition.

So When to expect the Mails going out? (roughly)? (Morning/Noon/Afternoon/Evening) - Stardock local time o.c. b.c. its allready Noon at my place when they start to get up 
I would anticipate it would be in the late afternoon Michigan time (EST) -4:00 GMT
At least that is what it was always for Galciv II pre-release content, but they could surprise us and you may have your email already

That's easy for you to say! You already have been playing it for quite some time now. We, on the other hand, have not and therefore are extremely impatient if you can't tell. 
The serial just became visible in my store account under my downloads
I could. But it didn't plap up Galciv 3. Just some Steam thing name.
Once the Alpha is available, it will automatically begin to download.
Awesome. Then I can just go to the grocery store to buy necessary supplies for a lengthy evening/night of gaming!
Unfortunately, I work this afternoon, so I may be waiting a little bit longer depending on the literal translation of 'afternoon'.
To be fair, I've been waiting years at this point, so....
