Need help creating a simple (but very particular) skin - WILL PAY

Hello,

I need to create a skin that I want to resemble GEOS on old Commodore 64 computers. If you don't know what that looks like, take a look here:

I have desperately tried to learn Skin Studio, truly it seems like an amazing program, but I just don't possess the talent, patience and time to learn it. I need someone to create this skin FOR me, per my instructions (I can provide screenshots of GEOS and you extract whatever graphics is needed for my skin). The skin have to be compatible with Windows XP as this is what I will be using it with. Actually I'm running a lite version of XP, so alot of programs and features have been removed.

Yes, it's a very basic and very simple skin, but I'm still picky and want it to resemble my vision (as close as possible with Skin Studio).

I think what I'm asking for is a fairly simple task for the avid skinner, but it would take an eternity for me to learn. I am good with Photoshop, but I was just totally overwhelmed by Skinstudio.

I have for a long time wanted to make this possible. Please, help me realize my vision and make this possible.

If you think you got the skills to make what I am asking for, please message me and let me know how much you would charge to help me create this.

Just to let you know krs000, the skin could be done, but it would not look exactly the same as there are certain restrictions that would apply in any Windows OS. Also, there are very few people designing skins for Windows XP any more. I myself only design for Windows 7 and 8. Good luck.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Litestep theme already for that.

I myself did one based on the straight CBM64 graphics [though not a strict copy].

If you really wanted to emulate that GUI the best solution would be a shell replacement [hence Litestep]...;)

I know it won't be an exact replica of it, I just want it to resemble it... I understand most designers are working in Windows 7, but if someone who is reading this could do one for me in XP, let me know your price...

Jafo: Litestep might be even more difficult for me to learn than Skin Studio. I would love to see some pics of your C64 theme in Litestep, is it possible? Would it work in XP?
