Downloaded ships not showing parts?

There's an old ship pack that I downloaded. Anyways, some of the ships are not showing their parts. Is this because of missing parts or some other error?

I had a look at the mod, and it was made for DL. It will work under DA too, but not under TotA. The devs made a lot of changes to the way ship design works in TotA, which makes most of the older designs incompatible.
