A clever name for a home repair business?

Sugestions wanted.

So I have some extra time on my hands and decided to start a home repair business. I know there are a lot of clever and imaginative members here that are great with naming things such as skins so I thought it made sense to ask for your help. Can you think of a clever home repair name. I am trying to avoid something with handyman.

I can't wait to hear what you come up with. :)

What kind of home repairs? Most any kind of remodeling or?  And I don't think you want "Crooks" included in the name.  :P ;)

lol, no Crooks. All home repairs with some small Reno's but mostly repairing or replacing anything that is broke. I have over 25 years construction and maintenance experience and had my own woodworking shop.

Crooked Construction Company

and the logo...

I might be a little bent, but my work is as straight as a die

or...

erection problem at your place, I can get it back up faster than most. :-"

Then there's....

Crooks Constructions

and the logo...

The friendliest Crook ever runs this business, and great rates too

and/or...

Annoying neighbors? No worries, we take care of 'em for just a little extra. ;P

Or there's...

Bob the Builder

and the logo...

Okay, my name's not Bob, but the rest is true... 25 years experience.

Or more seriously...

Bricks n' Mortar Timber n' Steel

and the logo...

whatever needs fixing at your place, I'm your man.

Good suggestions also Barb and Uvah.

Starkers are you suggesting I go the reverse psychology route with Crooks or Crooked like Buckley's cough syrup, "It taste awful but it works" lol I like your last suggestion because it sounds strong but might be better suited for a construction business.

You guys and gals have good ideas. Keep them coming.

Remods R Us? I guess you'd need more than one you JC. Remods R ME doesn't sound too...you get the idea.

Well it's known to work... sometimes!   Guess i was having a bit of fun while pointing out that Crooks is quite acceptable when used in a business name.  I mean, what's wrong with..

Jr. Crooks, House Doctor ???

and the logo...

even if it's not sick I can give your home a new lease on life.

Hmmm, d'yer think I might've watched a bit too much Bewitched in my younger years?

Anyway, you get my meaning, and unless somebody reads too many old time crime novels, or watches too much Elliot Ness, nobody's going to tie your business/family name to crooks and vice versa.  So if you do something along the lines of what I just did above, by showing that your family name is Crooks, then your work is how people will think of you, what they'll remember you by.  And remember, word-of-mouth is the best kind of advertising, so 25 years experience in the industry will get you plenty of free ads.

All the best with it and I hope it is enjoyable and rewarding for you... whatever you decide to call it.

Oh, and I must admit that I'm a little jealous, though.... cos you'll get to meet all those lonely housewives and women, and now that I'm single again I'd like to.... um... never mind.

Seriously, it'd be something I'd like to do, but with arthritic hands and mobility issues I doubt that I'd be able to competently do serious repair work anymore, and if people are paying you need to be at least that... competent, if not at the top of your game.  I couldn't promise that, so I wouldn't waste their time or mine.

So, it's well past my bedtime.... again, so a quick cuppa and it's sack time.

Jr. Crooks, House Doctor
Good one! But if it were here in the North, no one likes to go by the name Junior.  Unless the Jr. is NOT short for Junior?
