Fences Locked

Hello,

I'm running windows 8.1 with fences 2.12

Previously i had issues with fences 2.10 with windows 8.1 when I couldn't move anything but now I can move icons but the fences are still locked in fences 2.12.

How do I fix this?

If you can move icons but not fences, check to see that the lock option is not enabled. Right click on an open area of the desktop, choose 'View' and then make sure 'Lock Fences' is unchecked.

I'm having a similar problem, but it's my icons that are locked. Any suggestions?
