WindowsBlinds 8.02 and Windows 8.1 not working

acts like it applies, but doesnt actually do anything

I tried using WindowBlinds on my desktop and found that no matter what theme i apply, and no matter how many times i uninstall, reinstall, restart, and so on, i cannot get the program to work!! No themes will apply to my system, and I cannot seem to find the root of the problem. Does anybody have any fixes for this on Win8.1?

WB 8.02 is working fine on Win 8.1 here, so it is compatible.

It would help others to help if you clicked on the ? in the top right corner of WB and copied the info there and pasted it here. Doing that will provide information to those more knowledgable than I to get to the bottom of your issue.

It may be that your copy of WB has not activated correctly for some reason.  If so, it will noted in the text you copy and paste here.

Hopefully this will help get the ball rolling to a solution for you. :)

1.Do you have Admin privileges ?'
What Antivirus software do you run ? 
What GFX card do you use...
Is your Driver up to Date ? 

2.How did you install windowblinds if i may ask...
Did the installation finshed successfully ?
Did you reboot your system after the installation?

Yes I have admin, im running a Radeon 6750 but had an R9 270x and it still wasn't working. Latest catalyst drivers installed. I installed it standalone, and through Object Desktop and rebooted with the installs and uninstalls.

Yes, and remember to paste a link to this thread and your Windowblinds Configuration text in the email, so that support personel have the information they need to assist you.  Providing more information about your system specs and driver versions would also be useful.
