You have to install and run the game so you can link it to your Stardock account first.

I installed GC3 and ran the game. How does it link the game when I bought off Steam.   How do I link it to Stardock? Thank you for your help.

If you purchased the Founder's Elite and did not install it until after the beta version was released, you will need to contact support.
