Problems with Portrait Mode and Auto Size

When the icon sizes are set to Auto, the Launch8 icons show up in the middle - not bottom - of the Start Screen when I rotate into the Potrait mode.
Also, the setup icon sometimes disappears when switching back from portrait orientation to landscape.
