prevent cpu from playing sovereign

I'm not a fan of having the AI use the sovs that I make against me.   I can end up with 5 trog races or whatever.   So I find I always have to customize them.   Should be a way to turn off your sovs from the AI using them.

I've created a custom sov, he's tweeked as i am testing some things and would like to keep him. But when i go to play a game i always have to go in and make sure he's not in that list the cpu is going to play. 

So in short i'd like the ability for him to be select able for me to play when testing, but not available for the CPU to play. It's nothing major since i don't play different games to often. Just something that i thought about when having to go in to make sure the CPU wasn't playing him.

Nice i'll have to try that once i get home than. It's kinda odd that they wouldn't have added a simple flag for something like this.
