Activate of Fences Blocked

Hi,

 

I've bought Fences and Deskscape.

 

The activation of Deskscape was ok.

But regarding the activation of Fences, the system doesn't recognize my account, my email or my activation code.

 

I created a helpdesk ticket and no answer until now.

Hi

I have the same issue: When trying to activate Fences, after entering my mail & password in the activation window I get the message that either the mail or password is wrong. But, I can login to my user account with the same credentials.

So it would be very interesting if you could share the proposed solution.

It sounds like something is blocking your ability to activate.

In that case, please follow the steps at http://activate.stardock.com/ for manual activation.

If you run into trouble, please send us ([email protected]) the generated string or the text file (2240.txt) that was generated. With that we can process the activation.

Thanks. I suspect that there is a proxy in our network. Is it possible to change the used proxy settings?
