I wanted to buy it ASPAP, but when I saw the price I thought someone is trying to mug me.
In USA the price is what, 4$?
EU pays almost 5€ which is substantialy higher.
So, why?
and has anyone got extra to trade/give/sell me
I agree, it is steam which are toying with us. 4$ is equal to 2.92 € so we are paying almost double what players in the States pay 
US Price is currently $4.99, which is currently 3.64 € according to Google.
Currently 5.00 € ~ $6.85 US.
FWIW.
You need to factor in VAT and that the exchange rates quoted by Google are mid market rates which you will never get . Typically you will be a few % off that, so while it is still more expensive in euros that's mostly due to the above and the rest is probably Steam making it their next price point.
Why not buy it direct from Stardock and then activate it on Steam (which is what I have done for all the DLC)
Stardock price $4.99 = £3.10 (or €3.67) here in the UK as opposed to the Steam price of £3.99
For Euroes/Aussies, it's almost always better to buy direct from Stardock- and Stardock makes the same if not more money out of it that way as well (no cut goes to Steam).

I dont think Steam makes no money from direct buys...
Yeah, buy directly if euro. More money for stardock, less for steam
